This is a review for Apartment 24 which is managed by an external letting Agent, upon arrival we had found our apartment was not cleaned properly the floors not vaccumed or mopped shelving not dusted, behind sinks not cleaned and had a slimey film behind them hairs in shower on tiles curtains have mould, we rang the agent within an hour of being in Apartment who asked us to take picks which we did and we hadn't had a response so rang the next day to be told we can not send a cleaner for a couple of day's and was also told that the Apartment doesn't suit our needs and not to book it again which we certainly won't be in the end we cleaned the Apartment.

Firstly there is no one on site. You get a text to a key box, not telling you where it is. The room had a very bad Oder when we walked in smelt like dirty mop. So we used air freshener. The lounge kitchen was in good condition but both bedrooms bathrooms and laundry need attention. There was toilet paper in one of the toilets so not cleaned before we came. Rust shower caddy and laundry sink. Paint and plaster peeling off. A broken draw. With an on-site manager to report too and some renovation it would be a lot better. We would not stay here again. Which is a shame as it is in a good location very good size
